Recommended Web Browsers

This site is best viewed using a Windows-based computer system and either Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher or Firefox/Mozilla 1.5 or higher.

Page Resolution

This site is best viewed at resolutions of 800x600 or higher. To adjust your screen resolution in Microsoft Windows:

  • Right-click the Windows desktop
  • From the menu, choose "Properties"
  • Click the "Settings" tab
  • Adjust the "Desktop Area" slider to the desired resolution
     

Pop-Up Blocking Software

If you have a pop-up blocker enabled, you may not be able to access key information, such as forms, documents, certain pages and third-party sites because they open in a new window. In some cases, you can override this by holding down the CTRL key while you click the link.

Set your Browser to Display the Latest Version of the Site

To make sure you're always seeing the latest version of the site, in Internet Explorer:

  • Select "Internet Options" from Internet Explorer’s "Tools" menu
  • Click "Settings"
  • Select "Every visit to the page"
  • Click "OK"
  • Click "OK" again

Change the Text Size

To increase or decrease the text size on the pages, in both Internet Explorer and Firefox:

  • Select "Text Size" from the "View" menu
  • Choose the desired setting for text size

In addition, Firefox provides the following keyboard shortcuts:

  • Increase text <CTRL> +
  • Decrease text <CTRL> -

Clear Your Cache

If the site is misbehaving, clear your browser's cache. To clear your browser's cache in Internet Explorer:

  • Launch your browser
  • Select "Tools"
  • Choose "Internet Options"
  • Click "Delete Files"
  • Click "OK"
